Cancellation Policy
Hi, it's Zoe! so happy you're here! CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY - if you cancel less than 24 hours before your service, you are charged 50% of the service price. if you no show your appointment, you are charged 100% of your service price. all of my prices listed are base prices! depending on how thick/long your hair is may make a difference! all services include standard amount of product + each additional bowl(s) will be an up charge! ALL color services will include a trim (2 inches or less) if needed. if you do not see a day open that works for you, feel free to message me so i can open up a day for you! please shoot me a dm on instagram if you have any questions!
